About ten km northeast of Rotterdam, is the town of Nieuwerkerk aan de IJssel, a place that has its origins in 1250. There are plenty of sights to visit around Nieuwerkerk aan den Ijssel: so there's AlpacaCasa (ideal for young and old) and by public transportation you can be in Rotterdam, Gouda, Delft or The Hague in no time. Lay out

Ground floor: entrance at street level with doorbell and letterbox. The bright hallway provides access to the toilet and living area. The hall is nicely decorated; be sure to note the feather coat rack, and so is a large mirror present. Via the hall, we first find ourselves in the dining area of the house; here there is a spacious table that can accommodate six people. To the left we have the modern well-equipped kitchen; it has a 5 burner gas stove with an extractor hood above it, a sink, dishwasher, combi-oven, a spacious refrigerator, freezer and plenty of cabinets and drawers to store your food and dishes.
